Long Memory
"The Last Word might be one of the most riffed cocktails in modern bartending. There are a ton of different versions out there with various ingredients subbed in and out. But one of the tried and true ingredient that has always made it work has been the Maraschino Originale. Herbaceous, floral, and complex in a way most people don't expect. It's been doing that for 200 years and it’s by no means an old dusty bottle. This is The Long Memory."

"Shake hard. Double strain over a clear cube. Luxardo cherry garnish."

“If you love classic cocktails, you’ve probably heard of Luxardo Maraschino - a classic Italian liqueur made from the fruit, pits, leaves, and bark of the Sour Marasca Cherry Tree. Luxardo Maraschino is not your typical fruity liqueur - its complex, herbaceous, and delicately floral profile makes it a distinct liqueur and key ingredient in some of the most popular cocktails across the world. If you’re a fan of the Aviation or Last Word, you’re going to love this.”

Cherry Pie
"Made with @luxardousa Maraschino Originale! It's crafted from the fruit, pits, leaves, and bark of the sour marasca cherry tree, giving it these beautifully layered herbaceous, delicately floral, and slightly bitter notes. Which is what creates that rich, dynamic flavor with all those deep spiced notes you’d expect from a baked cherry pie. Then finish it all off with a cinnamon sugar pie crust cracker and a side of ice cream dripping in @luxardousa Maraschino Cherries!"
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Serve with a side of vanilla ice with @luxardousa Maraschino Cherrys.

Gelatin Shots
"It’s cherry blossom season so let’s make some Last Word and Maraschino cocktail jellies. When I think of cherries I think of Luxardo’s iconic Maraschino liqueur, their cocktail cherries and one of the first classic cocktails I ever tried to make—the Last Word. So why not spin them into a elevated, yet playful jelly version that will have all of your party guests talking."
Add the lime juice and water to a small pot sprinkle the gelatin power on top and wait 5 minutes place pot on the stove over low heat and stir well for about 5 minutes do not boil!! Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl stir well and pour into square container place in the fridge overnight. Cut gelatin into squares and serve on a platter with maraschino cherry swizzle sticks enjoy!!!
